Apostle Felecia D. Hollis is a respected spiritual leader, teacher, counselor, and reformer with a deep passion for equipping believers, healing communities, and advancing the Kingdom of God through truth, love, and transformation. With over four decades of service within military, faith-based, and community settings, Apostle Hollis carries a unique grace to minister across cultural, generational, and denominational lines.
She is the founder and visionary of Womb International Ministries, an Apostolic training and leadership development center established to equip and release Kingdom leaders in alignment with the Five-Fold ministry as outlined in Ephesians 4:11 13. Through this work, she has trained and mentored emerging apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to walk in spiritual maturity, integrity, and power, while cultivating a lifestyle of prayer, discernment, and servant leadership.

Apostle Hollis is also the founder and operator of Eternal Counseling and Coaching Services, where she integrates clinical excellence with biblical wisdom to support individuals, couples, families, and leaders in emotional healing, trauma recovery, and spiritual wholeness. She is a Certified Christian Counselor, Certified Chaplain, and Rural Development Specialist, with academic training in psychology, social work, crisis counseling, and community care traumatology. Her professional work reflects a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach grounded in compassion and ethical care.
